The French named the city Dalat from the latin ‘Dat Aliis Laetitiam Aliis Temperiem’ (“Giving Pleasure to Some, Freshness to Others”, and it is commonly known as ‘the City of Eternal Spring’, which has made it a popular destinations for holiday makers who want to beat the heat, and for Vietnamese couples, for whom it is known as the city of love. Con Dao

A protected Marine Nature Reserve, the Con Dao Islands (of which Con Son is the largest and where you are likely to be staying) can be difficult to get to, with irregular flights from Ho Chi Minh City or an overnight ferry from Vung Tau.. but my goodness, it’s worth it! Conquering Lang Bian Mountain

Standing in downtown Da Lat on clear days visitors can see the Lang Bian mountain range with its highest peak being at an altitude of 2,169m above sea level. Situated about 12km north of Da Lat City, Lang Bian is one of the three highest mountains on Lam Vien Plateau, Da Lat.

Tuyen Lam Lake

Tuyen Lam is a natural lake situated on top of a hill covered with pine trees, 6km east of Dalat City. The lake has been surrounded by many stories and legends with sorrowful endings in which the heroine drowns in the lake to keep her true love forever.

Hoi An culture displayed in Hanoi

It’s part of the Quang Nam Culture and Tourism Festival which was organized in Hanoi between November 19-23 to mark the occasion of the 10th year of UNESCO’s recognition of Hoi An ancient town and My San sanctuary as world cultural heritage sites.
